Welcome to Honeycomb Launcher (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). We understand the importance of personal information to you and will do our utmost to keep your personal information safe and secure. The App is committed to minimal data collection. We do not collect any of the following:

• Your device identifiers (IDFA, IDFV, etc.)

• Your location history
• Your contacts, photos, microphone, or other sensitive data

During operation, the App only generates and stores the following data locally on your device:

• Launch slot configurations: App shortcuts, URL Schemes, icon styles, etc. that you set up
• Panel configurations: Panel names, time rules, geofence settings, etc.
• Usage statistics: Click counts and timestamps for each launch slot (stored locally only)
• App preferences: Haptic feedback, sound effects, iCloud sync toggle, etc.

All of the above are your personal configuration data, stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers.

3. How We Use Information

Since the App does not collect your personal data, your information is never used for any of the following purposes:

• Not used for advertising or user profiling
• Not used for data analysis or market research
• Not used to send you marketing messages
• Not shared with or sold to any third parties

Your local configuration data is used solely for the App's core functionality, such as launching target apps based on your settings, switching panels, and displaying usage statistics.

4. Data Storage & Security

Local Storage

The App uses Apple's native SwiftData framework to store your configuration data in the device's local sandbox, protected by iOS system-level data protection mechanisms.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud sync, your configuration data will be synced to your other devices through Apple's CloudKit service. This sync process:

• Transmits data over an encrypted connection
• Stores data only in your personal iCloud account's private database
• We cannot access any data in your iCloud
• You can turn off iCloud sync at any time in System Settings

Data Deletion

You can use the "Reset All Data" feature in the App's Settings page at any time to clear all locally stored configuration data. If iCloud sync is enabled, the deletion will sync to all associated devices.

5. Location Information

The App's "Smart Time & Location" feature supports geofences, which can automatically switch panels based on your arrival at or departure from specific locations. Regarding location information:

• The App only requests location permission when you actively set a geofence for a panel
• You can choose between "While Using the App" or "Always" authorization
• Location information is used only on-device to trigger geofences and is never uploaded or recorded
• We do not collect or store your location history
• You can revoke location permission at any time in System Settings. Revocation will disable the geofence feature but will not affect other features

6. Third-Party Services

The App is built with pure native development and does not integrate any third-party SDKs, including but not limited to:

• No advertising SDKs (no ads displayed)
• No analytics SDKs (no user behavior tracking)
• No crash reporting SDKs (no crash logs uploaded)
• No social sharing SDKs

The App only uses Apple's official system frameworks (such as SwiftData, CloudKit, CoreLocation, etc.), which are governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users of all ages and contains no content unsuitable for children. Since the App does not collect any personal information, there is no risk of children's personal information being collected. If you are a parent or guardian concerned about your child's use of the App, you can rest assured: the App will not obtain any personal data from your child.

8. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws and regulations, you have the following rights:

• Right to be informed: You have the right to know how the App handles your information (as described in this policy)
• Right of access: You can view all your configuration data within the App at any time
• Right to rectification: You can modify any of your configuration information at any time
• Right to erasure: You can use the "Reset All Data" feature at any time to clear all local data
• Right to withdraw consent: You can revoke location, notification, and other permissions at any time in System Settings

Since we do not store any of your data, there is no need to submit data access or deletion requests to us — your data is entirely under your control.
